At Rattan Ebike, we stand behind the quality of our performance electric bikes and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. To be eligible for a return, your ebike must be in unused condition, free from dirt or wear, and in its original packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Ebike
Carefully repackage the bike in its original box with all chargers, keys, and tools included; ensure the odometer reads fewer than 10 miles to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger freight shipments.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for damage or wear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
