1. We need a photo of the whole controller and a photo of the controller label to confirm the controller model before we ship.

2. Though we have the controller for sale, but as we keep improving and developing, the controller model on your bike may be discontinued and we don`t have that exact model anymore. However, we will send you another  controller model, but the new controller might not be compatible with the display on your bike completely, if this occurs, that means you also need to change a compatible new dispaly for the new controller. 

*Note: Rattan should not be responsible if the new controller requires a new compatible display.
