What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees and restocking fees may apply.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Rattan Ebike comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, battery, and electronic components against manufacturing defects.
Are the batteries removable for charging?
